Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to all items, including sale items. Only personalised or custom-made items and gift cards are excluded.

How to return an item

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return an item, by email to info@alexanderschill.de or by phone at +49 172 628 4843. A short message is enough. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your message to:

Please include your order number. The deadline is met if you send your message or the parcel before the 14 days have passed.

Return shipping costs

You send the item back at your own cost, with a carrier of your choice. We do not provide or charge for return labels. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Condition of returned items

You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. Please return items with their tags where possible.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used for your order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@alexanderschill.de. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping cost in this case. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it as described above and place a new order for the item you want.
