What is the relationship you and BOSS?
Alexander Schill Shop is an official BOSS Equestrian Partner. We provide a curated selection of premium BOSS riding apparel and high-end horse equipment, combining elite sporting functionality with iconic design.
Are the items on the website in stock?
Generally, all items shown as available can be ordered. If a specific size or color is marked as "Sold Out," you may contact us at info@alexanderschill.de to see if a restock is planned.
How do I find the right size?
Most BOSS Equestrian apparel follows standard European sizing. We recommend checking the specific product descriptions for fit notes (e.g., "slim fit" or "functional stretch").
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Germany: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipping.
Other EU countries: Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship across Germany and the European Union.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at info@alexanderschill.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
